Pegintron side effect was reported by a Physician from BELGIUM on Aug 20, 2008. Male patient, 50 years of age, was diagnosed with hepatitis c  and was treated with Pegintron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cholecystitis acute, septic arthritis staphylococcal. Pegintron dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with REBETOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
