Pegintron side effect was reported by a Physician from GERMANY on July 08, 2008. Male patient, 79 years of age, weighting 172.0 lb, was diagnosed with metastatic malignant melanoma, chills, pain , pyrexia, back pain , nausea  and was treated with Pegintron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, dehydration, lumbar vertebral fracture, nausea , spinal compression fracture, thoracic vertebral fracture. Pegintron dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SORAFENIB, ACETAMINOPHEN, DIPYRONE, GRANISETRON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 25 years of age, weighting 180.8 lb, was diagnosed with hepatitis b  and was treated with Pegintron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aggression, anorexia, back pain , chest discomfort, chest pain , chills, chromaturia, contusion, cough. Pegintron dosage: 50MCG/0.5ML 1 ONE TIME. Patient recovered.
