Male patient, 52 years of age, weighting 142.2 lb, was diagnosed with hepatitis c virus and was treated with Peginterferon. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, dehydration, dysgeusia, hepatitis . Peginterferon dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RIBAVIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
