Pegaspargase side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Nov 27, 2006. Female patient, 13 years of age, weighting 233.7 lb, was diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukaemia recurrent and was treated with Pegaspargase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ammonia increased, cognitive disorder, dialysis What is  dialysis, hepatic failure. Pegaspargase dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
