Pazopanib and hypotension Patient Reports February 11, 2012

Pazopanib Side Effects Report #5853954-0
Pazopanib side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED KINGDOM on Aug 19, 2008. Male patient, weighting 209.7 lb, was diagnosed with malignant glioma, headache , epilepsy  and was treated with Pazopanib. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aggression, confusional state, dehydration, diarrhoea, electrocardiogram change, fatigue, hypotension, lethargy, pericarditis. Pazopanib dosage: 800MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with LAPATINIB, DEXAMETHASONE, ORAMORPH, VALPROATE, LAMOTRIGINE, PHENYTOIN, LANSOPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with LAPATINIB, PERFUSALGAN, VOLTAREN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Pazopanib side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED KINGDOM on Nov 12, 2007. Female patient was diagnosed with colorectal cancer  and was treated with Pazopanib. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, hypotension, mucosal inflammation, sepsis . Pazopanib dosage: 400 MG. During the same period patient was treated with CAPECITABINE, OXALIPLATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 10/27/2007.
