Pazopanib Side Effects Report #5314785-3
Pazopanib side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Apr 27, 2007. Male patient, 76 years of age, weighting 188.3 lb, was diagnosed with malignant glioma, hypertension, convulsion prophylaxis and was treated with Pazopanib. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, blood pressure increased, bradycardia, circulatory collapse, constipation , convulsion, dehydration, fatigue, motor dysfunction. Pazopanib dosage: 400MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with LAPATINIB, LISINOPRIL, KEPPRA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , circulatory collapse, dyspnoea, fatigue, hypoxia, nausea , pulmonary embolism , sinus tachycardia, syncope. Pazopanib dosage: 600MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with LAPATINIB, PHENYTOIN, TEGRETOL, DEXAMETHASONE, ONDANSETRON, CODEINE PHOSPHATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 12/15/2008.
