Female patient, 54 years of age, was diagnosed with nervous system disorder and was treated with Parnate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blister, fluid retention, headache , loss of consciousness, micturition disorder, palpitations, skin ulcer, suicidal ideation, swelling. Parnate dosage: 90MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ZAROXOLYN, SPIRONOLACTONE, KLONOPIN, SEROQUEL, TOPAMAX, FOSAMAX, LEVOTHROID, PREMARIN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: basedow's disease, chest discomfort, depression , diplopia, dyspnoea, fluid retention, headache , panic attack, urticaria. Parnate dosage: 2.5MG AS REQUIRED. During the same period patient was treated with LEVOXYL. Patient recovered.
