Female patient, 64 years of age, was diagnosed with depression  and was treated with Parnate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood testosterone decreased, dizziness , feeling abnormal, laboratory test abnormal, orthostatic hypotension, pain . Parnate dosage: 30MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with LEVOTHYROXINE, PROVIGIL, AMBIEN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, feeling abnormal, hyperhidrosis, ill-defined disorder, lethargy, malaise, tearfulness. Parnate dosage: 90MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAZOLE. Patient recovered.

Parnate dosage: 80MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with VEGETABLE PROTEIN, LAMICTAL, VALIUM, SYNTHROID, RISPERDAL. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with WELLBUTRIN, TRAZODONE, LITHIUM CARBONATE, ASPIRIN, ACIPHEX. Patient recovered.
