Paraplatin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Dec 09, 2004. Female patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with uterine cancer  and was treated with Paraplatin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disseminated intravascular coagulation, neutropenia, pancytopenia, pneumonia , respiratory failure, sepsis , thrombocytopenia. Paraplatin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TAXOL, PIRARUBICIN, DEXAMETHASONE PHOSPHATE, RANITIDINE, GRANISETRON, DIPHENHYDRAMINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
