Female patient, 54 years of age, was diagnosed with uterine leiomyosarcoma, prophylaxis of nausea and vomiting and was treated with Paraplatin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bone marrow failure, chest pain , extrapyramidal disorder, hyperventilation, vomiting. Paraplatin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ADRIACIN, IFOMIDE, DROLEPTAN, DORMICUM, UROMITEXAN, FARMORUBICIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
