Female patient, 56 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was diagnosed with ovarian cancer, multiple allergies and was treated with Paraplatin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, dyspnoea, flushing, nausea , pruritus, pulmonary congestion. Paraplatin dosage: IN 500 ML NORMAL SALINE; PREVIOUS CYCLE 14-OCT-2004. During the same period patient was treated with BENADRYL, ALOXI, DECADRON. Patient recovered.
