, vertigo and was treated with Papaverine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activities of daily living impaired, adams-stokes syndrome, atrioventricular block complete, convulsion, fall
, fatigue, memory impairment. Papaverine dosage: 150 MG SEE NOTES * ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, BONIVA, ELMIRON, ESTRING, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, LEVOTHYROXINE, VYTORIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
