Pantozol Side Effects Report #5717292-9
Pantozol side effect was reported by a Physician from GERMANY on Jan 30, 2008. Female patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with prophylaxis against gastrointestinal ulcer, infection , hypersensitivity, essential hypertension and was treated with Pantozol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bacterial infection , cellulitis , pruritus, rash macular, toxic epidermal necrolysis. Pantozol dosage: 40 MG, QD, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CLINDAMYCIN PHOSPHATE, METOPROLOL SUCCINATE, CETIRIZINE, CIPROFLOXACIN, ENALAPRIL MALEATE, LEVOTHYROXINE, ENABETA. Patient recovered.

Pantozol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LACTULOSE, FOLIC ACID, BEFACT, LASIX, ALDACTONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/07/2009.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: stevens-johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis. Pantozol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DECORTIN, KALIUM, METOPROLOL SUCCINATE, METOPROLOL SUCCINATE, PASPERTIN, CHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/12/2004.
