Female patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with prophylaxis against gastrointestinal ulcer, infection , hypersensitivity, essential hypertension and was treated with Pantozol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bacterial infection , cellulitis , pruritus, rash macular, toxic epidermal necrolysis. Pantozol dosage: 40 MG, QD, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CLINDAMYCIN PHOSPHATE, METOPROLOL SUCCINATE, CETIRIZINE, CIPROFLOXACIN, ENALAPRIL MALEATE, LEVOTHYROXINE, ENABETA. Patient recovered.
