Pantozol side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Jan 05, 2005. Male patient, 36 years of age, was diagnosed with hiatus hernia, lumbar radiculopathy and was treated with Pantozol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, fatigue, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, hepatic function abnormal, transaminases increased. Pantozol dosage: 40 MG 1X PER 1 DAY ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DICLOFENAC, OMEPRAZOLE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: antinuclear antibody positive, blood glucose abnormal, fatigue, hepatic enzyme increased. Pantozol dosage: 40 MG 1X PER 1 DAY ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with AMLODIPINE, CLOPIDOGREL BISULPHATE, ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM, ASPIRIN, LEVOTHYROXINE, ENALAPRIL MALEATE, ENALAPRIL MALEATE AND HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with GLEEVEC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
