Pantozol side effect was reported by a Physician from GERMANY on Apr 10, 2008. Female patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with prophylaxis against gastrointestinal ulcer, infection , hypersensitivity, essential hypertension and was treated with Pantozol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, bacterial infection , cellulitis , hypokalaemia, mucous membrane disorder, nikolsky's sign, ocular hyperaemia, pain of skin, post procedural infection. Pantozol dosage: 40 MG, QD, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CLINDAMYCIN PHOSPHATE, METOPROLOL SUCCINATE, CETIRIZINE, CIPROFLOXACIN, ENALAPRIL MALEATE, LEVOTHYROXINE, ENABETA. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bacterial infection , cellulitis , pruritus, rash macular, toxic epidermal necrolysis. Pantozol dosage: 40 MG, QD, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CLINDAMYCIN PHOSPHATE, METOPROLOL SUCCINATE, CETIRIZINE, CIPROFLOXACIN, ENALAPRIL MALEATE, LEVOTHYROXINE, ENABETA. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, bacterial infection , blood albumin decreased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, hepatic enzyme increased, international normalised ratio increased, protein total decreased. Pantozol dosage: 20 MG 1 X PER 1 DAY. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
