After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, clavicle fracture, dizziness , fall , hyperhidrosis, hypotension, inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion, malaise, nausea . Pantoprazole dosage: 40 MG 1X PER 1 DAY, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DICYCLOMINE, ATIVAN, SYNTHROID, NORVASC, AVAPRO, FOSAMAX, SERAX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
