Male patient, 72 years of age, was diagnosed with ill-defined disorder, myocardial ischaemia, facial palsy, atrial fibrillation What is  atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter and was treated with Pantoprazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, international normalised ratio increased, muscle haemorrhage, prothrombin time prolonged. Pantoprazole dosage: 40 MG (40 MG, 1 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, PREDNISONE, MARCUMAR, CORDARONE, VALTREX, METOPROLOL TARTRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
