Female patient, 64 years of age, was diagnosed with gastrooesophageal reflux disease and was treated with Pantoprazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acidosis, anaphylactic shock, c-reactive protein increased, haemoglobin decreased, hypotension, hypothermia What is  hypothermia, hypoxia, loss of consciousness, platelet count increased. Pantoprazole dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NICARDIPINE HYDROCHLORIDE, MEDIATOR, LIPANOR, ACETYLSALICYLATE LYSINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
