Female patient, 83 years of age, was diagnosed with gastrooesophageal reflux disease and was treated with Pantoprazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, clavicle fracture, dizziness , fall , hyperhidrosis, hypoaesthesia, hypotension, inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion, malaise. Pantoprazole dosage: 40 MG 1X PER 1 DAY ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DICYCLOMINE HYDROCHLORIDE, ATIVAN, SYNTHROID, NORVASC, AVAPRO, FOSAMAX, SERAX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
