Pantecta side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from SPAIN on Aug 02, 2005. Male patient, 87 years of age, was diagnosed with duodenitis, gastritis and was treated with Pantecta. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: endoscopy upper gastrointestinal tract abnormal, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, hiatus hernia. Pantecta dosage: 40 MG 1X PER 1 DAY, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with FUROSEMIDE, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, FOLIC ACID, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SRT, CLOPIDOGREL BISULPHATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
