Male patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma and was treated with Panitumumab. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activated partial thromboplastin time prolonged, atelectasis, atrial fibrillation , bacteria urine identified, blood chloride increased, blood glucose increased, blood sodium decreased, calcium ionised decreased, condition aggravated. Panitumumab dosage: 630 MG, 1 IN 3 WEEKS, IV. During the same period patient was treated with CISPLATIN, DOCETAXEL, PEGFILGRASTIM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
