Female patient, weighting 189.6 lb, was diagnosed with indwelling catheter management and was treated with Panheprin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest discomfort, dyspnoea, hypotension, oxygen saturation decreased, tachycardia, urticaria, wheezing. Panheprin dosage: 5ML (500 UNITS), ONCE, INTRAVENOUS. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, BUMETANIDE, CARVEDILOL, ENOXAPARIN, PANTOPRAZOLE, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, ALDACTONE, CLARITIN. Patient recovered.
