Female patient, 30 years of age, was diagnosed with intravenous catheter management and was treated with Panheprin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest discomfort, clonus, convulsion, cyanosis, dizziness , dyspnoea, grand mal convulsion, malaise, unresponsive to stimuli. Panheprin dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

Female patient, weighting 189.6 lb, was diagnosed with indwelling catheter management and was treated with Panheprin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest discomfort, dyspnoea, hypotension, oxygen saturation decreased, tachycardia, urticaria, wheezing. Panheprin dosage: 5ML (500 UNITS), ONCE, INTRAVENOUS. Patient recovered.
