Panhematin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Sept 12, 2005. Female patient, 45 years of age, weighting 108.0 lb, was diagnosed with porphyria and was treated with Panhematin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, bladder disorder, disorientation, headache What is  headache, muscular weakness, platelet count decreased. Panhematin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCORTISONE, PERCOCET, CYMBALTA, LORAZEPAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
