Pancuronium side effect was reported by a Physician from CANADA on May 31, 2005. Female patient, 78 years of age, weighting 152.1 lb, was diagnosed with neuromuscular blockade and was treated with Pancuronium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypocalcaemia, neuromuscular block prolonged. Pancuronium dosage: 12 MG. During the same period patient was treated with ROCURONIUM, MAGNESIUM SULPHATE, ISOSORBIDE MONONITRATE, OMEPRAZOLE, NADOLOL, DILTIAZEM, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SRT, NITROGLYCERIN. Patient recovered.
