Pancuronium side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on June 01, 2007. Male patient, child 3 years of age, was diagnosed with mechanical ventilation and was treated with Pancuronium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: deafness neurosensory, hearing aid user, renal failure acute, speech disorder developmental. Pancuronium dosage: 4.8 MG QD, INTRAVENOUS DRIP. During the same period patient was treated with CEFMETAZOLE, ULINASTATIN, FAMOTIDINE, DOBUTAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE, DOPAMINE, FENTANYL CITRATE, DEXAMETHASONE, BICARBONATE. Patient recovered.

Pancuronium dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MENATETRENONE, CARBAZOCHROME SULFONATE, TRANEXAMIC ACID, CALCIUM GLUCONATE, DEXAMETHASONE, CEFMETAZOLE, ULINASTATIN. Patient recovered.
