Pancuronium side effect was reported by a Physician from CANADA on May 31, 2005. Female patient, 67 years of age, weighting 138.9 lb, was diagnosed with neuromuscular blockade, arrhythmia prophylaxis and was treated with Pancuronium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia postoperative, areflexia, depressed level of consciousness, hepatic enzyme increased, hypocalcaemia, hypokalaemia, motor dysfunction, nervous system disorder, neuromuscular block prolonged. Pancuronium dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MAGNESIUM SULPHATE, VANCOMYCIN, FUROSEMIDE, MANNITOL, REMIFENTANIL, MORPHINE, HEPARIN, PROTAMINE SULPHATE. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 67 years of age, was diagnosed with induction and maintenance of anaesthesia and was treated with Pancuronium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaesthetic complication neurological, areflexia, coma, haemorrhage, muscle twitching. Pancuronium dosage: 10 MG ONCE, INTRAVENOUS BOLUS. During the same period patient was treated with MIDAZOLAM, SUFFENTANIL, CRYSTALLOID SOLUTION, PENTASTARCH, RED BLOOD CELLS, NOREPINEPHRINEQ, MILRINONE, HEPARIN. Patient recovered.
