Pancreatin side effect was reported by a Physician from CHINA on May 16, 2007. Female patient, 72 years of age, was diagnosed with gastrointestinal disorder, vomiting, hypoproteinaemia, diabetes mellitus, constipation What is  constipation and was treated with Pancreatin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, diabetic gangrene, lung infection, pyrexia, sepsis What is  sepsis, staphylococcal infection What is  staphylococcal infection. Pancreatin dosage: 300 MG, TID. During the same period patient was treated with CIMETIDINE, AMINOFUSIN, ALBUMIN, NOVOLIN, ZELMAC. Patient died on 04/14/2007.
