Pancreatin Side Effects Report #5343511-7
Pancreatin side effect was reported by a Physician from CHINA on May 29, 2007. Female patient, 72 years of age, was diagnosed with gastrointestinal disorder, vomiting, hypoproteinaemia, diabetes mellitus, constipation
and was treated with Pancreatin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, chest discomfort, diabetic gangrene, electrocardiogram abnormal, heart rate increased, left ventricular failure, lung infection, pyrexia, sepsis
. Pancreatin dosage: 300 MG, TID. During the same period patient was treated with CIMETIDINE, AMINOFUSIN, ALBUMIN, NOVOLIN, ZELMAC, ADALAT, IMDUR, FUROSEMIDE. Patient died on 04/14/2007.
