Male patient, 63 years of age, weighting 163.1 lb, was diagnosed with ill-defined disorder, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and was treated with Panaldine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, cholangitis acute, eosinophilia, haemodialysis, lymphocyte stimulation test positive, renal failure, renal impairment. Panaldine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with COVERSYL, ASPIRIN, BASEN, LIVALO KOWA, SIGMART, COSPANON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
