Male patient, 65 years of age, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma  and was treated with Pamidronate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aseptic necrosis bone, endodontic procedure, tooth abscess, tooth extraction, toothache. Pamidronate dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZOLEDRONIC ACID, VINCRISTINE, ADRIAMYCIN PFS, DECADRON, MELPHALAN, THALIDOMIDE, ANTIBIOTICS, AUTOLOGOUS TRANSPLANTATION. Patient recovered.
