Pamidronate side effect was reported by a Health Professional from ITALY on Aug 18, 2008. Female patient, 63 years of age, was diagnosed with osteoporosis  and was treated with Pamidronate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: debridement, fistula , infection , osteonecrosis , pain , sequestrectomy, tooth extraction, weight decreased. Pamidronate dosage: 60 MG, BIW. During the same period patient was treated with PAMIDRONATE DI, ZOLEDRONIC ACID, CALCIUM. Patient recovered.
