Pamelor side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from BRAZIL on July 16, 2008. Female patient, 41 years of age, weighting 173.1 lb, was diagnosed with depression , mitral valve prolapse and was treated with Pamelor. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: depression , impaired work ability, memory impairment, swelling, tachycardia, weight increased. Pamelor dosage: 75 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with TOFRANIL, TRICYCLIC ANTIDEPRESSANTS, PROPRANOLOL, LITHIUM CARBONATE, CLONAZEPAM, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE. Patient recovered.

Pamelor side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Oct 21, 2004. Female patient, 63 years of age, was treated with Pamelor. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, anxiety , dysgeusia, nausea , panic reaction, paraesthesia, stomach discomfort, tachycardia. Pamelor dosage: 10MG. During the same period patient was treated with PROZAC, ASPIRIN, TRIAMTERENE AND HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, LIPITOR, LOTREL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
