Female patient, 31 years of age, weighting 265.0 lb, was diagnosed with neck pain and was treated with Pamelor. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, dysarthria, essential tremor, heart rate increased, hypertension, overdose. Pamelor dosage: 75MG 1 A DAY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Pamelor dosage: 100 MG, HS, PO. During the same period patient was treated with METHYLPHENIDATE, FLUOXETINE, GABAPENTIN, LEVETIRACETAM, MIDRIN, PEMOLINE, SUMATRIPTAN. Patient recovered.
