Pamelor side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on May 19, 2008. Female patient was diagnosed with mental disorder, panic disorder , abdominal pain upper, hypertension and was treated with Pamelor. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspepsia, fall , hip fracture, insomnia, lower limb fracture. Pamelor dosage: 25 MG, QD (1 CAPSULE AT BEDTIME). During the same period patient was treated with KLONOPIN, LYRICA, PROTONIX, TOPROL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 57 years of age, weighting 210.0 lb, was diagnosed with depression , male sexual dysfunction and was treated with Pamelor. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anger, blood urine present, communication disorder, condition aggravated, crying, depression , insomnia, mood swings. Pamelor dosage: 10 MG 7 CAPSULES @ P.M. PO. Patient recovered.
