After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haemodialysis, hypotension, polyuria, proteinuria, renal failure acute, somnolence, tubulointerstitial nephritis. Pamelor dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLORAZEPATE DIPOTASSIUM, GLIMEPIRIDE, GLUCOPHAGE, XANTINOL NICOTINATE. Patient was hospitalized.
