After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bedridden, brugada syndrome, cerebral ischaemia, clonic convulsion, dry mouth, electrocardiogram st segment elevation, syncope, tremor. Pamelor dosage: 30-150 MG, QD, UNK. During the same period patient was treated with FLUVOXAMINE MALEATE, CHLORPROMAZINE, VALPROATE, CLOMIPRAMINE, MILNACIPRAN.
