Pamelor side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Mar 02, 2007. Male patient, 43 years of age, was diagnosed with depression  and was treated with Pamelor. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bedridden, brugada syndrome, cerebral ischaemia, clonic convulsion, dry mouth, electrocardiogram st segment elevation, syncope, tremor. Pamelor dosage: 30-150 MG, QD, UNK. During the same period patient was treated with FLUVOXAMINE MALEATE, CHLORPROMAZINE, VALPROATE, CLOMIPRAMINE, MILNACIPRAN. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 55 years of age, weighting 147.9 lb, was diagnosed with anxiety , panic attack and was treated with Pamelor. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: breast enlargement, dry mouth, musculoskeletal pain, weight increased. Pamelor dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NORTRIPTYLINE, VITAMIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
