Female patient, 50 years of age, was diagnosed with depression What is  depression, dysphoria and was treated with Pamelor. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, anger, convulsion, decreased immune responsiveness, dysphoria, hypersomnia, nausea What is  nausea, overdose, somnolence. Pamelor dosage: 100 MG, HS, PO. During the same period patient was treated with METHYLPHENIDATE, FLUOXETINE, GABAPENTIN, LEVETIRACETAM, MIDRIN, PEMOLINE, SUMATRIPTAN. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 24 years of age, was diagnosed with depression What is  depression and was treated with Pamelor. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety What is  anxiety, bradyphrenia, confusional state, convulsion, disorientation, hypomania, hypotension, malaise, panic disorder What is  panic disorder. Pamelor dosage: 75-150MG, QD, PO. During the same period patient was treated with CARBOLITHIUM, SERTRALINE HYDROCHLORIDE, ZOLPIDEM TARTRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, coma, convulsion, encephalopathy, oedema, pyrexia, speech disorder, stupor. Pamelor dosage: 25 MG, Q HS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia What is  arrhythmia, blood ph increased, blood potassium decreased, blood sodium increased, cardiac arrest What is  cardiac arrest, completed suicide, convulsion, disseminated intravascular coagulation, hypoglycaemia. Pamelor dosage: 75 MG X 80, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with GABAPENTIN. Patient died.
