After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bedridden, brugada syndrome, cerebral ischaemia, clonic convulsion, dry mouth, electrocardiogram st segment elevation, syncope, tremor. Pamelor dosage: 30-150 MG, QD, UNK. During the same period patient was treated with FLUVOXAMINE MALEATE, CHLORPROMAZINE, VALPROATE, CLOMIPRAMINE, MILNACIPRAN. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: brugada syndrome, hypotension, overdose, oxygen saturation decreased, suicide attempt. Pamelor dosage: OVER 40 PILLS OF 50 MG, UNK. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, CHLORDIAZEPOXIDE, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, LISINOPRIL, METFORMIN, ESOMEPRAZOLE, TRAMADOL, SIMVASTATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
