Palonosetron side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED KINGDOM on Aug 21, 2008. Male patient, weighting 154.1 lb, was diagnosed with rectal cancer, colorectal cancer What is  colorectal cancer and was treated with Palonosetron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood bilirubin increased, cholecystitis, cholelithiasis, jaundice cholestatic, liver function test abnormal. Palonosetron dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ELOXATIN, XELODA, DEXAMETHASONE. Patient recovered.
