Palladone and pneumonia Patient Reports February 13, 2012

Palladone Side Effects Report #4600450-4
Palladone side effect was reported by a Physician from on Feb 18, 2005. Male patient, 90 years of age, weighting 176.4 lb, was diagnosed with cancer pain and was treated with Palladone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiopulmonary failure, dehydration, diarrhoea, fluid intake reduced, pneumonia , subileus. Palladone dosage: 4 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LACTULOSE, METAMIZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 09/25/2004.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiopulmonary failure, dehydration, diarrhoea, disturbance in attention, fluid intake reduced, pneumonia , subileus. Palladone dosage: 4 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LACTULOSE, METAMIZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 09/25/2004.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: increased upper airway secretion, pneumonia . Palladone dosage: 8 MG, DAILY. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , confusional state, delirium, fumbling, overdose, pneumonia , restlessness. Palladone dosage: 4 MG BID ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DEXAMETHASONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
