Palladone Side Effects Report #5050430-2
Palladone side effect was reported by a Physician from SLOVAKIA (Slovak Republic) on June 30, 2006. Male patient, 54 years of age, was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Palladone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, dehydration, hepatic failure, renal failure. Palladone dosage: 8 MG, TWICE, ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 28 years of age, was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Palladone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, anxiety , dehydration, diarrhoea, nausea , pain , paranoia, tremor. Palladone dosage: 12 MG, DAILY. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Palladone side effect was reported by a Physician from on Feb 18, 2005. Male patient, 90 years of age, weighting 176.4 lb, was diagnosed with cancer pain and was treated with Palladone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiopulmonary failure, dehydration, diarrhoea, fluid intake reduced, pneumonia , subileus. Palladone dosage: 4 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LACTULOSE, METAMIZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 09/25/2004.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiopulmonary failure, dehydration, diarrhoea, disturbance in attention, fluid intake reduced, pneumonia , subileus. Palladone dosage: 4 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LACTULOSE, METAMIZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 09/25/2004.

Palladone side effect was reported by a Physician from GERMANY on Apr 27, 2006. Female patient, 76 years of age, weighting 138.9 lb, was treated with Palladone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coordination abnormal, dehydration, dementia , disorientation, haematoma, hypogammaglobulinaemia, hyponatraemia, mobility decreased. Palladone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMITRIPTYLINE HYDROCHLORIDE, BELOC, AMLODIPINE, PANTOPRAZOLE, NOVALGIN, MOVICOL, PARACETAMOL, RISPERDAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
