Palifermin side effect was reported by a Physician from BELGIUM on June 01, 2006. Female patient, weighting 110.2 lb, was diagnosed with mucosal inflammation and was treated with Palifermin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dermatitis exfoliative, face oedema, fluid retention, oedema mucosal, pain , pruritus, sodium retention, tongue oedema, vomiting. Palifermin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MELPHALAN, TROPISETRON, ZOFRAN, LITICAN, TRANXENE, NEUPOGEN, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, POLARAMINE. Patient recovered.
