Palifermin Side Effects Report #4918434-5
Palifermin side effect was reported by a Physician from SWITZERLAND on Feb 10, 2006. Male patient, weighting 136.7 lb, was diagnosed with peripheral blood stem cell apheresis and was treated with Palifermin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: adenocarcinoma, ascites, constipation , disease progression, metastases to lung, peritoneal carcinoma, weight decreased. Palifermin dosage: unknown. Patient died on 01/29/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: adenocarcinoma, ascites, constipation , disease progression, metastases to liver, metastases to lung, muscular weakness, peritoneal carcinoma, vomiting. Palifermin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BACTRIM DS, VALTREX, IMMUNOGLOBULINS, VALACYCLOVIR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/29/2006.
