Male patient, 69 years of age, was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation  and was treated with Pacerone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: optic neuropathy, visual acuity reduced, visual field defect. Pacerone dosage: 200 MG, QD, PO. During the same period patient was treated with ATENOLOL. Patient recovered.
