Pacerone side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Feb 04, 2008. Female patient, 87 years of age, weighting 97.00 lb, was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation What is  atrial fibrillation and was treated with Pacerone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, blood glucose increased, blood potassium decreased, decreased activity, ill-defined disorder, international normalised ratio increased, tremor. Pacerone dosage: 200 MG, QD, PO. During the same period patient was treated with COUMADIN, SYNTHROID, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, TOPROL. Patient recovered.

Male patient was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation What is  atrial fibrillation and was treated with Pacerone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood glucose increased, blood pressure decreased, cardio-respiratory arrest, hepatic enzyme increased, hypothyroidism, international normalised ratio increased. Pacerone dosage: 200 MG EVEN DAYS, 100MG ODD DAYS. During the same period patient was treated with AMIODARONE, COUMADIN, AVELOX, HYZAAR, INDERAL LA, ZOLOFT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/21/2006.
