Oxynorm side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Sept 08, 2006. Male patient, 66 years of age, was diagnosed with cancer pain and was treated with Oxynorm. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, hallucination, insomnia, lower respiratory tract infection. Oxynorm dosage: 5-10 MG, PRN. During the same period patient was treated with DIAZEPAM, ZOPICLONE, OMEPRAZOLE, FUROSEMIDE, CEFACLOR, HALOPERIDOL, NYSTATIN, WARFARIN. Patient died on 06/20/2006.

During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAZOLE, SIMVASTATIN, LEVOTHYROXINE, ACETAMINOPHEN, PROPAVAN, BETAPRED, ETALPHA, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
