Female patient, 55 years of age, weighting 250.0 lb, was diagnosed with nasal congestion and was treated with Oxymetazoline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: lacrimation increased, nasal discomfort, pharmaceutical product counterfeit, rhinalgia, therapeutic product contamination. Oxymetazoline dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dysphagia, ear discomfort, ear pain, eye irritation, eye pain, glossodynia, lacrimation increased, nasal discomfort, pharyngolaryngeal pain. Oxymetazoline dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LEVOTHYROXINE, ESTRADIOL, ATORVASTATIN. Patient recovered.
