Oxymetazoline side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Mar 28, 2005. Male patient, 42 years of age, weighting 258.0 lb, was treated with Oxymetazoline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiomegaly, coronary ostial stenosis, headache , hepatic enzyme increased, myocardial infarction, nasal congestion. Oxymetazoline dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLARITIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
